Shipping
I aim to dispatch stock items within 24/48 hrs.
​Made to order items take longer due to the time involved in production, please allow up to 2/3 weeks for dispatch. I will keep you informed of progress and likely delivery date.
I am currently shipping to UK only, however, please contact me for shipping costs for Europe/Worldwide.

Packaging
I have made each item with love so I will take the utmost care that your purchase arrives safely with you. It will be  wrapped and packaged securely.
Wherever possible I will use recycled packaging materials. A lot of my supplies come with cardboard and bubble wrap which I reuse. Every little helps when it comes to saving on waste materials.

Returns
​If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will send you a refund. 
It must be returned to me within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Breakages
​In case of breakage I will refund your item. Please send me a photo and return it in its original packaging within 7 days.
