White Candle Screen with Poppies
This beautiful curved candle screen has been made with two layers of glass, the base is an opaque white topped with clear and fused together.
Red enamel poppies were then screen printed onto the surface together with shiny gold bumble bees before a second firing.
Third and final firing over a ceramic mould completes the curved screen.
Gorgeous tiny champagne bubbles are visible adding depth to the piece.
This is a substantial panel of glass which will sit comfortably on a mantlepiece, shelf, windowsill or table.
Fairy lights would make a delightful alternative to a candle, or on its own it is a uniquely decorative piece of art.
Measures 24 cm high x 23 cm wide.
